These terms apply to all orders placed with us, whether through our website, by phone, by email, or in person at our workshop or stand.

By using our website, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. None of these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

We operate under English law.

SALES

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Our scissors and shears are made in small batches at our workshop in Sheffield.

Lengths refer to the full product. Each pair is made by hand. Small variations in finish and light witness marks from the making process may be present.

Prices are shown in GBP (£). VAT, duties and taxes are handled at checkout depending on your location. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

We may decline an order.

An order is accepted once we confirm it by email.

DELIVERY

All orders are tracked and insured.

UK

Sent by Royal Mail. Usually arrives within 1–2 working days after despatch.

USA

Shipped Delivered Duties Paid. Duties are included at checkout. No charges on delivery.

EUROPEAN UNION

Shipped Delivered Duties Paid. VAT and duties are included at checkout. No charges on delivery.

REST OF THE WORLD

Delivery times vary. Duties and taxes may apply depending on local regulations.

CLICK & COLLECT

Orders can be collected from our workshop from Tuesday to Thursday, 10:00–16:00.

Please bring your confirmation. Orders are held for 2 weeks unless arranged otherwise.

CANCELLATION

Where the law allows, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To cancel, please email us. If you wish to cancel before despatch, contact us as soon as possible. If production has already begun, it may not be possible to cancel the order.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

FAULTS

If something is not right, please contact us. We will repair, replace, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

RETURNS

Please contact us before returning an item. As each pair is made by hand, small variations in finish and light witness marks are not faults. This does not affect your statutory rights.

LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, except where the law does not allow this.
