Items should be returned unused and in their original condition.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend returning goods using a tracked and insured service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us. We will repair, replace, or refund the item in line with your statutory rights. Where a fault is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If goods are returned from outside the United Kingdom, any import duties, taxes, or charges incurred on return may be deducted from the refund.

HANDMADE

Each pair is made by hand. Small variations in finish and light witness marks from the making process are not considered faults.
